⚙ PC Building Simulator Tracker By N7_Maxxi

This tracker was built specifically for PC Building Simulator on PlayStation and PC. It helps you manage customer jobs, track PC Bay flips for profit, organise your parts stash, check CPU and GPU compatibility, and diagnose broken PCs faster. Everything saves automatically in your browser, and if you sign in (top right, free) it saves to your account too, so your progress follows you to any device.

Your data saves automatically to your browser whenever you make changes, so closing and reopening the tab is fine.

Best option: sign in. Hit Sign In at the top right (Twitch or Discord, free) and your tracker also saves to your account automatically. Clear your browser data, switch browsers, or open the site on another device: sign in and your data is right there. No buttons to remember.

Prefer not to sign in? For extra safety, or to move your data between devices manually, hit 💾 Save data to download a backup file and use 📂 Load data to restore it anytime.

Track your active customer jobs from the workshop. Each job card stores the customer name, job type, status, time limit, budget, and parts ordered. Click any card to expand it.

• Tick the checkbox next to each part as it arrives in-game
• The budget strip auto-calculates how much you've spent and what's remaining, goes red if you go over
• Set status to In Progress, Waiting on Parts, or Done to track each job
• Hit ✕ once then confirm Sure? to delete a completed job

The main money-making tool. Track broken PCs you buy from PC Bay, calculate profit at every stage, and manage your flip pipeline.

Type the CPU and GPU name in the add row at the bottom, autocomplete helps match database names. Enter the price paid and hit + Add. A green sticky note appears.

Tap any green sticky note to load it. The CPU and GPU appear as editable fields in the title bar, a flip value rating shows instantly below using the real 3DMark formula, plus the best stash upgrade suggestion. Each field has a → Stash button, click it to instantly send that part to your stash at $0 and clear the field ready for a replacement.

Paid, Replacement parts, and Shipping all sit on one row. Below that is 🔧 Known issues / faults, three dropdowns (Issue One / Two / Three) so you can log what's broken without typing. Most PCs have one fault: just pick it in the first box and leave the others on (none). If a machine has two or three faults (e.g. Broken PSU + Missing Boot Drive), fill the extra boxes too. Set the first box to No Issue for a clean PC.

Three fields on one row: Broken parts sold, Resale value (post benchmark estimated price, updates the flip card with a P+$XXX possible profit in green), and PC sold for (final auction price, triggers Confirmed Profit).

Click 🧩 Select from stash to pick parts, their cost adds to total spent automatically. GPU and CPU parts auto-update the flip title. Parts attached to other flips show 🔒 and can't be double-assigned.

One comparison row is always ready. Enter a benchmark resale value to see possible profit instantly. Hit + Add comparison for up to 5 rows, pick different stash parts to compare which gives the best profit. The highest profit row highlights green. Parts here are not locked in stash. The main profit bar updates to show the best possible profit from your rows.

• 💸 Currently Spent: red, how much you're down with no resell data yet
• 🟠 Possible Profit: orange, best profit from benchmark comparison rows
• ✅ Confirmed Profit: green once the PC actually sells

• 🟢 Green: in progress, tap to load into calculator
• 🟡 Yellow: listed on auction, locked so you can't accidentally load it
• ⚫ Grey: sold, shows final profit. Last 10 shown, all count toward total

Hit ✓ Flipped! on the yellow card, a popup asks for the final sold price and shows your profit before completing. Stash parts used get removed automatically.

Log parts you pick up cheaply from PC Bay or leftover from upgrade jobs to use in future flips.

• Select a category first, then start typing the part name, a dropdown appears with matching parts from the game database for GPU and CPU. For other categories you can type any name freely.
• Parts are grouped by category so you can find them quickly
• Parts currently attached to a flip show as 🔒 locked and can't be marked as used
• Hit ✓ Used to remove a part once installed, it disappears to keep things tidy
• Parts pulled from a flip you already sold can be logged at $0, they're essentially free

A living reference guide that builds up as you flip PCs. Three sections:

• CPU + GPU Combo Performance, auto-logs combos when a flip clears $1,200 profit, tracking min and max profit per pairing. Only updates min if above $800 to ignore bad-luck outliers. Sorted by max profit. Pre-filled with proven real-game data.
• PC Bay Price Guide, parts worth always buying under a set price. Add your own bargain thresholds as you discover them.
• Parts to Avoid, low end parts not worth buying or upgrading to.

Check how well a CPU and GPU pair together using the game's real 3DMark formula. Start typing in either box and select from the dropdown, results appear instantly.

The game calculates 3DMark score as: 1 / (0.85 / GPU Score + 0.15 / CPU Score), meaning the GPU carries 85% of the score and the CPU only 15%. This means a weak CPU paired with a great GPU still scores very high and flips for great profit!

• 🔥 Great Flip: estimated 3DMark 7,000–10,000
• ✅ Good Flip: estimated 3DMark 4,500–7,000
• ⚠️ Okay Flip: estimated 3DMark 2,500–4,500
• 💀 Low Value: estimated 3DMark under 2,500

Enter just a CPU or just a GPU and the tool shows the best matching parts from your stash and the database, sorted by estimated 3DMark flip value, not arbitrary balance ratios.

A step-by-step checklist for diagnosing broken PCs. Work through it top to bottom, ticking each item off as you check it in-game. Hit ↺ Reset when starting a fresh job.

The Email Hints section shows clues to look for in the customer's email, brand mentions, descriptions of what happened, or budget size can all hint at what's broken. These are hints not guarantees!

• High end GPU + cheap repair = best profit. Always check what's broken before deciding whether to upgrade
• If a strong CPU has a weak GPU, check if a better GPU is cheap on PC Bay, swapping it can triple resell value
• Use the Match Checker before upgrading to make sure the swap actually improves the pairing
• Always benchmark before listing, it dramatically increases resell value
• The auction can close above or below the estimated resell value shown in-game
• Multiple flips running simultaneously costs nothing extra, always have something in the pipeline
• Parts salvaged from a flip you've already sold can be logged at $0 in the stash, they're genuinely free profit boosters
• Check the Flip Tips tab before buying a PC to see if that CPU+GPU combo has proven results
