·Race to Iridescent
The fair Race to Iridescent I. Start at Ash IV, log the pips you earn each match, and let the timer count only your real match time, no queues, no downtime. When you hit Iri 1 you'll know exactly how many matches and how much true playtime it took.

Every race you finish is saved, fastest first. Signed in, they follow you across devices; signed out, they're kept on this browser. Grade resets never wipe them.
Fastest real playtime to Iri 1 wins; matches played breaks a tie. The all-time top 3 are enshrined in the Hall of Fame. The season board resets with the grade on the 13th, giving everyone a fresh shot. Submit from Past Attempts.
Race from Ash IV to Iridescent I the fair way. The tool measures what's actually in your control: how many matches, and how much real match time.
Most Race to Iri events just measure who reaches it first on the clock. That punishes bad queues, disconnects, and matches that drag on, none of which you control. This tool only counts your active match time and your match count, so the race is about how you actually play, not your luck with lobbies.
Pick Killer or Survivor and hit Begin. You always start at Ash IV, just like the grade reset, so every race is measured from the same line. Killer and Survivor have their own separate leaderboards.
After each match, tap what you earned. In Dead by Daylight you can never lose a pip, so it's only ever one of three:
The grade badge climbs exactly like the game does. You can also mark a Win or Loss (optional) to get a win-rate on your result card.
It's 85 pips from Ash IV to Iridescent I. The badge fills the right number of slots for each grade:
| Tier | Pips per grade |
|---|---|
| Ash IV → III → II → I | 3, 3, 4, 4 |
| Bronze (each grade) | 4 |
| Silver (each grade) | 5 |
| Gold (each grade) | 5 |
| Iridescent IV → III → II | 5 |
| Iridescent I | Finish |
The moment your last pip ticks you into Iridescent I, the race ends automatically and your result card shows your total matches and total active time. Submit it to the leaderboard from the result screen or the Past Attempts tab.
The grade resets on the 13th of each month at 11:00 AM ET, and the season leaderboard resets with it so everyone gets a fresh run. The all-time top 3 per side stay pinned in the Hall of Fame forever, or until someone beats them. Your Past Attempts never wipe.
Run the race live and let chat drive it. In Settings → 📺 Twitch Integration, type your channel and hit Connect, then choose who's allowed to use commands (Broadcaster and Mods by default; VIPs and Subscribers optional).
Chat commands:
!start killer start a race as killer !start survivor start a race as survivor !match start timing a match (as you load in) !safe end match, 0 pips (safety) !pip end match, +1 pip !double end match, +2 pips !void the current match didn't count !cancel end the race
OBS overlay: in that same 📺 Twitch Integration popup, scroll to the OBS Overlay section and hit Copy URL. Add that URL as a Browser Source in OBS. It mirrors your grade badge, pips, active timer and match count live on a transparent background. Keep the control tab open while you play.
Everything that's been added, changed and fixed. Newest at the top.
Let your chat drive the race and mirror it on stream with an OBS overlay.
The race timer only runs while a match is live. Hit Start Match as you load in, and End Match the instant the trial ends.
Everything in between, queue times, lobby dodges, bloodweb, bio breaks, is never counted. That's the whole point: your result is your true playtime, so a rough night of queues can't ruin your race.
If a match didn't count (cancelled lobby, an early DC you don't want to log), use Didn't count when ending it, no match or time is recorded.
Let your chat run your race. Connect your channel, pick who can use commands, then your chat drives it.
