⚙ PC Building Simulator Tracker By N7_Maxxi

This tracker was built specifically for PC Building Simulator on PlayStation and PC. It helps you manage customer jobs, track PC Bay flips for profit, organise your parts stash, and diagnose broken PCs faster. Everything saves automatically in your browser — no account needed.

Your data saves automatically to your browser whenever you make changes — so closing and reopening the tab is fine. For extra safety, or to move your data between devices, hit 💾 Save data to download a backup file. Use 📂 Load data to restore it anytime.

Track your active customer jobs from the workshop. Each job card stores the customer name, job type, time limit, budget, and parts ordered. Click a card to expand it.

• Tick the checkbox next to each part as it arrives in-game
• The budget strip auto-calculates how much you've spent and what's remaining
• Set the status to Waiting on Parts or Done to keep track of where each job is at
• Hit ✕ once then confirm to delete a completed job

The main money-making tool. Use this to track broken PCs you buy from PC Bay, calculate profit, and manage your flip pipeline.

Enter the CPU, GPU, and price paid in the add row at the bottom, then hit + Add. A sticky note appears for that PC.

Tap any active (green) sticky note to load it into the calculator. Fill in repair costs, benchmark values, and final sale price as you go — everything saves automatically.

• 🟠 Possible Profit — shows an estimate once you have a resell value, before the PC has sold
• ✅ Confirmed Profit — updates to green once you enter the actual sold price
• Attach stash parts via 🧩 Select from stash — their cost adds to total spent automatically

• 🟢 Green — in progress, tap to load into calculator
• 🟡 Yellow — listed on auction, locked so you can't accidentally load it
• ⚫ Grey — sold, shows final profit, kept for reference

Hit ✓ Flipped! when the auction ends and you've entered the sold price. The flip moves to the completed section, stash parts used are removed automatically, and if the profit clears $1,200 the CPU+GPU combo is auto-logged in Flip Tips.

Log parts you pick up cheaply from PC Bay or leftover from upgrade jobs, so you can use them to boost flip profits later.

• Pick a category (GPU, CPU, Motherboard etc), enter the part name and price paid, hit + Add
• Parts are grouped by category so you can find them quickly
• When attaching to a flip via the stash modal, GPU and CPU parts auto-update the flip title
• Parts reserved for another flip show with a 🔒 and can't be double-assigned
• Hit ✓ Used to remove a part once it's been installed — it disappears completely to keep the stash tidy

A living reference guide that updates as you flip PCs. Three sections:

• CPU + GPU Combo Performance — tracks min and max profit for each combo you've flipped. Auto-updates when you mark a flip as done. Sorted by max profit so your best combos are always at the top. Pre-filled with proven combos from real game data.
• PC Bay Price Guide — parts worth always buying when under a set price. Add your own as you discover bargains.
• Parts to Avoid — low end parts not worth buying or upgrading to. Add your own as you learn what doesn't benchmark well.

A step-by-step checklist for diagnosing broken PCs in Diagnose & Fix jobs. Work through it top to bottom — tick each item off as you check it in-game. Hit ↺ Reset when you start a new job.

The Email Hints section below the checklist shows clues to look for in the customer's email that hint at what's broken — things like brand mentions, descriptions of what happened, or budget size. These are hints not guarantees, always verify in-game!

• High end GPU + cheap repair = best profit. Always check what's broken before deciding to upgrade
• If a strong CPU has a weak GPU, check if a better GPU is available cheaply — swapping it can triple the resell value
• Always benchmark before listing — it dramatically increases resell value
• The auction can close above or below the estimated resell value shown in-game
• Multiple flips running simultaneously costs nothing extra — always have something in the pipeline
• Check the Flip Tips tab before buying a PC to see if that CPU+GPU combo is proven
